television as a commercial producer and now, through his production company, MacSpear Film, he has written, produced and directed short films that have been official selections at international film festivals, from Los Angeles to Chicago to Toronto to London to Berlin to Sweden to Madrid.

His script, The Ballerina was the Grand Prize Winner as best short screenplay at the Southern California Screenplay Competition and the film version he produced won Best Social Justice Short at the Dallas Shorts Film Festival.

Christmas Is Believing, a short based on a feature length screenplay, was named Best Foreign Holiday Film at the London International Short Film Festival and received the Gold Award for Best Christmas Short at the Christian Family Film Festival.
